Position

Consultant + Facilitator

Josh Ward

From a young age, Josh has demonstrated a profound commitment to growth - for himself and others - designing and facilitating workshops before he even completed high school! His innate ability to challenge the status quo and leverage interpersonal dynamics & tension as a catalyst for development sets him apart as a natural agitator in the facilitation arena.

With thousands of workshops & experiences conducted on-shore and internationally, Josh has honed a unique skill set that enables him to discern subtle cues, read the subtext in a room and uncover the unspoken dynamics at play. His diverse experience spans facilitation, training and coaching engagements for audiences including young people, educators, parents, coaches, professionals and even correctional facilities.

In addition to his extensive facilitation background, Josh has successfully led multiple non-profit organisations through the complexities of scaling, navigating the journey from micro to medium-sized entities. His leadership extends to a directorial role in a prominent teen leadership program in the US, showcasing his ability to inspire and guide the next generation of leaders.

Josh is vibrant, fun and fluid, and has a sharp attunement to group dynamics, enabling him to both engage a room and facilitate challenging dialogue. He's collaborated with organisations such as Suncorp, PwC, Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco, The Australian Defence Force, and various professional sports teams.

Driven by a fascination with 21st-century disruptors like AI and Gen Z, Josh is well-equipped to guide businesses and leaders through adaptive challenges. When not designing or delivering content, Josh leads the local community garden, plays and officiates AFL, or is creating a mess in the kitchen from the produce he has grown.
