A passionate student of the human condition, Tom Canny is a career facilitator with a wealth of experience in group dynamics, culture change and leadership development. Holding senior leadership positions in the NFP sector at a young age, Tom’s immense curiosity for understanding how groups and individuals work, and his passion for creating unique experiences to explore these themes led to his studies in Social Sciences (Psychology).
Tom’s work has taken him internationally working with lead teams of multinational organisations and elite-sporting environments, delivering large scale activations to groups of 500+ and having critical involvement in the design of organisational change and transformation projects. Tom’s authentic and relaxed style and background in social science allow for groups to have critical conversations whilst maintaining curiosity and humanity, helping drive towards high-performance cultures that support dynamic business outcomes.
Tom’s recent work has involved executive engagements with the likes of Commonwealth Bank, IKEA (US & Global), Westpac, McKinsey, PwC, Twining’s & Co, Kmart & MKTG amongst others, with briefs including whole system organisational change, large-scale facilitated activation, and executive coaching of individuals and lead teams.
